    Cinoople takes every precaution to insure that your credit card and personal information is secure, We use SSL encryption technology as well as other encryption methods that provide a secure environment for our clients information. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    2. Will you sell my information to other companies? - Top

    NO, We will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone at any time, unless required to do so by law. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    3. How will I be billed for my account? - Top

    We will invoice you on a monthly basis, and you should receive an invoice from us informing you that we will be billing your credit card. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    4. Do you send paper invoices? - Top

    No we do not send anything through snail mail, however you can log into the billing system and have your invoice printed using the printer friendly version of your invoice and have this printed out on your printer. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    5. Do you accept checks? - Top

    As with all online business we tend do to everything electronically, we only accept credit cards and PayPal, however if you wish to pay by check you can use paypal to pay through the e-check feature from your paypal account. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    6. What day of the month will my credit card be charged? - Top

    We will send you an invoice through email and process your credit card on the last day of the month or the first day of the month depending the amount of days in the month but typically every 30 days we will process your credit card. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    7. Do you offer quarterly or anniversary billing? - Top

    Currently we are only offering a monthly billing cycle to new clients, Once you have established your account with us for 6 months and have paid your account on time you can request to have your account billed quarterly or annually. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    8. Do you offer a grace period? - Top

    We offer a 5 day grace period on all accounts, however you will need to log into your billing account and pay your invoice manually online using your credit card. - Updated: April 12, 2005

    9. What if I still have a question about my billing? - Top
