Support Procedures


Support Desk

Please follow the instructions below to log a support ticket:

1. Login to Support Desk

Fill out our secure online ticket. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your ticket number for future reference of this issue. You will need to register for a support desk account if this is your first visit to the support system, you will also need to receive the validation email. This validation email is to confirm that you are able to receive our support ticket emails.

2. One of our Technical Support professionals will review your support request and respond within 24 hours to confirm resolution of your issue, or to obtain additional information if needed. Generally, we will process all cases in the order in which they are received. Please do not reply to the email from the support desk, only respond back to the ticket from within the support desk.

Reseller Hosting Support

As a reseller, we will help you with any problem you cannot solve, when you have all of the needed information for your customer. To speed up the process of troubleshooting your problem. Log a support ticket with the information needed to access the customers account. Be sure you are as complete as possible.


Note - As a reseller it is your responsibility to investigate and trouble shoot errors for your customers. Please refer to the tutorials before contacting support. You are also responsible for backing up your clients web sites.
